In the USA there are other similar vehicles which the Americans call 'Woody wagons'. The chassis are steel. It is only the framework of the body that has the wooden frame in the Morris cars.
My wife's uncle used to have one of these, which he used to use to deliver cleaning materials and other goods from his ironmonger's shop.
