View towards Muggery Pope, East Sussex - 22.9.2016
Muggery Pope is an odd name for a hill and it is near Tarring Neville - one of only two places in East Sussex with a double barreled name - the other is Horsted Keyes. Places with North or Little etc. don't count.

, John FitzGerald have particularly liked this photo

A very appealing landscape.

The valleys are what give the South Downs their interest - to my mind at least. The rolling hills - curiously called Downs - can be a bit featureless. I suppose they show the characteristics which distinguish them from other landscapes, but the valleys offer a more varied range of photo subjects.

Thanks, Jaap. One of our bus routes has just changed and now comes near to the place from which I took this photo. That is how I saw its potential as a landscape.
