High & Over is the name of this hill on the west of the Cuckmere Valley, near Seaford.

They are some sort of powered paraglider I think. When looked at in close-up they seem to have very little in the way of structure, but the pilots are clearly sitting. I think they might be something like this paramotornews.files.wordpress.com/2011/03/e-walk.jpg
