Brighton & Hove Buses no.550 Seaford shuttle - 16.2.2013

When the narrow road between Seaford and Eastbourne (A259) is blocked for any reason, the 12, 12A and 13X (if running) are diverted along the inland A26 & A27 route. Seaford is served by a shuttle service which runs down to Denton Corner interchange, where passengers are transferred on and off the diverted buses. The shuttle buses are often drawn from elsewhere in the fleet and are not necessarily the regular 'Coaster' branded buses.
