Most machinery is gone. .. if it could be re-purposed, then it was.
Some overhead ducts were used for the A/C and heat.
Light fixtures that hung over the work areas were saved when possible. This company found a lighting company who duplicated the style and refinished the original where possible.
The apartments are full -- they have a waiting list!
