I got 6 Peaches... and only because I finished ripening them indoors !! The Critter however got the rest ! ....., Sigh.... live and let live !

Out in Western OK its high arid plateau deathscape.... here in Central OK.. I live in 25 sq.mile Up/Down sandstone ridges around that.. flat .

Drought is the real killer here... we had 9 years then flood and its dry at best. Temps range from -15F to 120F ... and 60 degree rises and drops in the same day happen. Then there are the Tornados... and the "straight line winds"(baby hurricanes) and ice storms... not alot of snow.. but we do get it.

In the past cotton was grown.. but not now. We also can grow international winning grapes which make astounding wines.. My local vineyard grows/makes amazingggggggggg Merlot and Chardonnay !

That's a good thing with IP, you get to know how life is in another part of the world, which I find interesting !!
