Icing 23-11-13 on the well house

Two weeks ago Monday it was 70F that Wednesday it was 16F that night ! We can get to well over 100F in Summer.( Summer of 2012 it was 122F)

Last night it was around 26F and it got to 38F today. we have some snow promised.. but we dont get huge amounts.

Wow, that's cold! Like you, it was REALLY COLD last night...got to 25 degrees, YOIKS! I went down to the gate to let Steve out and close up after him, and took some pictures while I was out...I literally couldn't stay for more than 10 minutes, my fingers were SCREAMING at me! Ran them under warm water when I got inside, took ages to get warm again. 10 minutes. WOW. It's warmed up to a boiling 45 degrees, lol! You'll see my frost pictures tonight, so I got what I went out for! :D

I wear gloves when I can... but they always end up wet.. so wet AND cold ! However shoveling ice did warm me up ! :\

Wow, things are indeed becoming chilly over there! I thought Tasmania was cool with a 12C top one day, but it was positively tropical in comparison. :)

It was mid 60's again 2 days ago George... now tonight we are going down to about 25..F.. and much lower the next few days with more ice and snow !

Wonderful capture and this looks really cold. I love snow and ice but we don't have a lot of it in Luxembourg. Last year we had some very cold days (-19°C) which is rare enough around here.

I remember a raw cold day in Luxembourg in the lat 1980's !!

Finally got around to viewing this series...very nice and a strange ominous prelude to what came a month later. At least this storm wasn't destructive like the latter.
