Another image from my early days on IP, Loch Linnhe at Ardgour on the Ardnamurchan Peninsula,
This is the remains of the fishing boat "Capri" I am unable to find out anything about the vessel but I seem to remember her tied up in the Caledonian canal at one point

Inveraray Bridge
Aray Bridge, also known as Inveraray Bridge, on a still but hazy/wet day,
The bridge consists of two equal segmental arch spans of 65 ft (20 m) built of rubble with all faces of dressed masonry and partly balustraded parapets and it was completed in 1775/6.
This is taken across Loch Shira ( a side arm of Loch Fyne) and the bird was I think a Heron looking for breakfast.

Well done, and thanks for the company, Herb.
Vital Spark!
Another image from the archives once again it's 2018,
This is Loch Fyne at Inveraray Pier with the Clyde Puffer "Vital Spark" She was launched in 1943 as "VIC 27" (victualling inshore craft) These ships were a World War II derivative of the iconic Clyde-built puffers which, for nearly a century, were the lifeblood of coastal communities up and down the west coast of Scotland.
She was the “"the smertest boat in the coastin' tred", with her blood red hull, shiny brass whistle and cargoes of anything from Heilan coos to furniture, and plenty of whisky.
She also starred in the mini-series, Para Handy – Master Mariner
I recommend a large view,,,,,,, HFF and a lovely weekend to all!
I have a link to a programme on the Clyde Puffers for anyone who may be interested,
