Top Secret Loo
I can't say where I took this cos it was a No Photos Allowed building. But I just had to have a snap of something to prove I was there. While I was in the loo, Spooner was in the inner sanctum, gazing at the golden throne where the Grand Poobah sits, and he just might have taken some surreptitious shots of the ceiling. Maybe. I'm not saying.
Freemason's Hall
It's a huge hulk of art deco splendor. We wandered through the whole building -- the lobbies with incredible stained glass, the massive bronze doors, the inner sanctum where the Masons convene, lounge, library, museum, etc. No photos allowed inside, although we've all probably seen bits of the interior as it's been used in many movies and made to be a hotel, train station, restaurant, etc.

Gas Holder No. 8
Iron Curves
There used to be 8 gasometers behind King's Cross station (they were built around 1880). All but this one have been taken down to make room for the construction sites.

Gasometers Down
The other gas holders are being stored in pieces on the site. I heard they'll be put back up sometime in the future, but I'm not sure where or as what. This area is now prime real estate.
See the aerial view of the pieces of the gasometers. [?]
