Torch of Friendship

The Torch of Friendship, by Sebastian, was a gift in 2002 to the City of San Antonio from the Mexican General Consulate. It's 65 feet tall.
That's the Hemisfair Tower in the background: "San Antonio's Hemisfair '68 featured a 622 foot tall Tower of the Americas designed by O'Neil Ford which stands today and is now used for brodcasting antennae. This exposition helped revitalize the Paseo del Rio riverwalk area."
