Southampton Road NW5, Belsize Park (or Kentish Town, depending on where you think the boundary is). The almshouses are now social housing consisting of one- and two-room flats.

Plaque reads:
Owing to the beneficence of
Henry Aste, Esq
who built the adjoining house
at his sole cost
and to the liberality and exertions

of the institution this wing was erected
