On a quiet Monday morning, July 7th, I spent several hours walking around meadows and fields of Starawieś by the Liwiec river. About half past six I was returning to my car when I spotted a nice herd of B&W cows going to their pasture. I was too far away from them to make a good shot with my 55-110 zoom lens.
So on the next day, Tuesday 8th, I choose a good place, positioned my car at a selected spot behind a bend of the road and waited, and waited.
Nothing happened till quarter to seven when I saw a herd (the herd?) going along another road too far from me. I missed them! I was so disappointed!
A 7 a.m I decided to vacate the place and return to my lodging. I got into the car and drove it up to a crossroad where the view was well obscured by a huge stone wall. And suddenly I drove into my herd coming from the other direction.
There was no place to make a U-turn, so I engaged the reverse gear and drove back as fast and as far as I could at the moment.
The owners of the herd were shouting something to me. Presumably thinking that I was afraid of the cows and trying to tell me that it was OK to stop for a moment and let them pass. But I stopped only when another bend of the road made it too dangerous to retreat any further.
And I managed to make four shots before the cows surrounded me once again.
That's the first of them :)

Thank you!
Marta Wojtkowska club has replied to Ned clubI was laughing loud when I tried to explain the situation to the cows owners,
and I am sure that they thought I was crazy ;)
Do you think I should make a small album to keep the series together?
Good idea!
