Several months ago I acquired an old Zenith with a Jupiter 9 lens. The body was not worth dealing with, but the lens was promising. I tried it first with my digital NX10, but with my bad eyesight I could not properly focused on anything ;) Eventually I bought an inexpensive Revueflex SD1 with a very nice viewfinder, loaded it with my favorite XP2, attached the lens, and went for some tests. I know, i know, Jupiter 9 is a portrait lens, but nevertheless... ;)
Well, the first results are not very encouraging. The lens is not old enough, I am afraid. Its serial number tells it was manufactured in 1991, so statistics are against me.
But I do not give up yet!
