Dear Au Cœur, one or the other portrait format can be converted quite well into the given landscape format 16:9 as a crop, although it isn't easy for everyone and not every photo is suitable. But you obviously have the ability to do it.
If you have some real eye-catching images in your archive, it would be great if you would give it a try. Having as wide a variety of motifs as possible will increase the attractiveness and vibrancy of our seasonal collections.

Have you yourself submitted any of your own photos to this group in the last few days?
If not, I suggest you contact the group administrators. They will be happy to give you more information. You can post a request to the group or email them if you prefer.

I actually read more carefully & noticed one could propose a new image every WEEK.
Perhaps that's why....
I've just re-tried and it seems to work as it says "you have asked to add this photo to the group "Ipernity ambassador's images"... We shall see - - - Have a nice day * ઇઉ *

*ઇઉ* has already told you the reason: You can only submit one of your own pictures per week. That's why my advice as the group's admin: Only take the one that is really most worth seeing! You can find the rules here: What is an Ambassador Picture?

You have already made 4 submissions in the month of February. The jury will consider all of them at the end of the month in the overall evaluation of all submitted pictures.

But don't be frustrated if only 1 of your pictures is accepted. This will be the one that is most worth seeing. The reason for this is that the group in question should show the widest possible diversity of all ipernity photographers. No one should dominate this group.
