Description

The bracelet is formed of sheet gold over a copper alloy core and is decorated with terminals in the form of lions'-heads fastened together by gold-wire snakes. It is a highly ornate and attractive form of jewelry that was much liked by the well-to-do Greeks living in South Italy.
