Image Description | Yes, we call it snow (you will see it on the roofs, won´t you? And at the bridge! And at the other side of the bridge, right, in the leaves!). Not that much, but it has snowed. Well.. ;-).In the back you view the "Christianskirche (Klopstockkirche)" which was constructed 1738 - https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/ Christianskirche_(Ottensen) - in foreground a (nameless) bridge above "Kaistraße" in Hamburg Altona...Hopefully there will be some more snow this winter. I was on a long photo - walk (about five hours) today. Mostly I shot photos from the Esso-houses - areal, but as I´m already on the move I went some other areas, too. Walking at Elbe was great in these weather - conditions because it wasn´t flooded with many other people like during summer so you can easely shot some photos from large areas without a human which will be impossible when it was not this could. Well - it was just around -6°C, but feels much colder because of high humidity (89%) and some wind 22 km/h)...Well, after these five hours even me feel chilly - you must know because of my autism I tend to be very selective about my clothing, and so I went outside always with a summer jacket (oh, google-translate is telling me- in swedish it was "Sommerjacke", too, like in german?). This casually won´t be a problem because Hamburg has mostly mild climate conditions, so I won´t feel cold or became ill about that- I mostly won´t be cold whatever the temps are - but today even I want to go back home because it feels like -20°C because of the wind and huminity. Pretty freezing.....So please - let it snow - but give me some dryer conditions - mostly because it doesn´t feel this cold then, but secondly because I want to take a photo of "Köhlbrandbrücke" - commons. wikipedia.org - which I should have seen if I look left from this point... but can´t because of the fog. So this little one was a substitute object for it. ;-) |
