Taken from Pen Y Banc nature reserve near Porthmadog. We had been watching this cloud formation for ages and it eventually morphed into this gigantic vulture hovering over the mountains. ................or we could simply be mad!

This is a large crop of the sun from the previous shot. Clouds darkened and colour enhanced in Aperture. Taken with my 300mm f4 on the D300.....I love this lens!
