Good intentions in a brick. I remember official signs on the bricks of my town where it was prohibited to blaspheme under a fine. In my town people were very rude. Have a nice week ahead Keith.

I love those old handmade bricks with uneven sizes and shapes Keith even the mortar looks to be of traditional lime variety,

Nearly every wall in the garden is like the one Roger..........they're really photogenic........and a lot of them have what looks like the original mortar, although some restoration work has been needed over the years.

The walls around the gardens and cathedral are hundreds of years old Eunice. Glad you like this one!

An dieser Mauer gefällt mir, dass jeder Ziegel anders geformt ist. Sie stammen aus einer Zeit, wo Ziegel noch von Hand geformt wurden. Ein sehr schöner Fund, Keith!
