One Pair........Two Pears.

One Pair........Two Pears.
Taken on a small table in my garden in natural light. White cardboard as a background.

I ate the subject matter after the photo was taken :-)

Marije Aguillo, Günter Klaus, Jörg, trester88 and 18 other people have particularly liked this photo

Pears make such good still-life subjects Keith. A rather nice high-key study here. Well done.

Best wishes. Herb

I had a feeling that I had seen something like this before: www.ipernity.com/doc/1081863/49931242

Thank you Herb........glad you like this one. I took several shots, but this one was my favourite.

I remember the shot in the link.............and I commented on it at the time. It's been good to see it again. Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

You certainly have the knack of arranging your still life photos well Keith. I also like the high key effect. I bet they tasted good too!! One for your and one for your wife I hope ;-))

Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

Thank you Rosa..........I'm pleased you like this one and they tasted excellent. Unfortunately my wife does not particularly like pears (Yay!) and so I was forced to eat them both :-))

Thanks Jan..............I had to pose them like this as there was a rotten spot on the one at the back. I had to cut it out before I ate it :-) I usually get through a couple of pears a week but we also buy a lot of oranges!
