If it were post Christmas, Are these people socialising or are they individuals not known to each other, the first group could face a fine the second group are ok. What's the difference?.

I didn't notice them arrive Maurice............I was on the other side of the pier having a coffee with Mrs B.............but I couldn't resist the shot!

I have had some excellent fish and chips along there! The boxes look familiar. Two things that are a must at the seaside, F&C and ice-creams...whatever the season and weather ;-)) Superb picture Keith.

A great capture but I would say NOT adequately socially distanced for Dec 2020, even at the minimum 1.5m away. Maybe it is two sets of pair bubbles sat near to each other? My wife says I have a people phobia since all this lockdown -perhaps she is right :) What is this dreadful disease doing to our mental well being? Answers on a postcard.
ps I can smell the fish N chips from here and my mouth waters.

We had fish 'n' chips ourselves before we left........and they were delicious!

Der Herr links betrachtet skeptisch sein Essen. Ist etwas nicht in Ordnung damit?
Auffällig ist, das die Personen unterschiedlich große Abstände halten. Danach könnte man annehmen, die beiden Herren bilden einen gemeinsamen Haushalt, und die beiden Damen einen anderen Haushalt.
Nach den jetzt gültigen Corona-Regeln in Deutschland dürfen sich die Personen eines Haushalts nur mit einer weiteren Person treffen. Die Maßnahmen werden auch bei uns immer schärfer.
Apropos, Fisch! Die Versorgung mit Fisch aus Großbritannien funktioniert nicht mehr. Während die Lkws wegen des Brexits fünf Tage beim Zoll festhängen, verdirbt der Fisch, sehr zum Schaden für die britischen Fischer.

As I've said to a couple of others Wilhelm, I have no idea about the relationship of the people so cannot really comment, but it's interesting to speculate.

I know what you mean about tougher restrictions...............but it's for the common good and I think most people can see why they need to be applied. Hopefully, now we have some vaccines, things will get better..............but it won't happen soon and people need to understand that and be sensible!

I hope that the confusion and delays caused by Brexit settle down soon........it's in everyone's interest to work with what we have..!!
