Can anyone else remember when scarecrows were benign, friendly looking characters?

I found this one near my daughter's allotment plot.

Heh...I think the folks who were freaked out by my scorpion and snake pictures must have paid you to find something to get me back!! :D SUCCESS!! (try a cockroach...you'll get a similar reaction!) :D
