I feel sorry for the dog. I assume it's a she as the somewhat soft owner has put a pink bit of headgear on her. Sunglasses would have been better. ;-)

Thanks everyone..................what we saw a few moments later was even more bizarre - the lady produced a large plastic tray from a big carrier bag and filled it with cat litter and the dog then did it's business in the litter and she proceeded to wipe it's backside with some baby wipes.. She then bagged it all up and binned it (the litter not the dog)..!!

poor little dog must feel ridiculous!
