This week in SSC: Bridges (looks best on black) We've had such stormy weather this week. I consider myself lucky to catch a little break from it all and get this shot of the Manette Bridge which is one of the few bridges in this area. "The Manette Bridge is a steel truss bridge that spans the Port Washington Narrows in Bremerton, Washington, USA. It connects the community of Manette, Washington to downtown Bremerton. The Manette Bridge, which was first built in 1930, was listed as structurally deficient and functionally obsolete. In the Spring of 2010, a construction began on a replacement bridge. Sight and Sound Two things I'm happy about today. We got some much needed rain after all the forest fires here this summer and.... I got to renew my Ipernity membership and see all my photos again.
