I am fascinated as to how you got 0.3 sec exposure at f8 at around 16:00hrs. Did you have some filter on it?

Karen's Place club has replied to Peter_Private_Box clubIt was a bright, sunny day so I used an ND filter to cut the light down. It was a shady area too so that helped.
