Superb waterfall capture!
I am fascinated as to how you got 0.3 sec exposure at f8 at around 16:00hrs. Did you have some filter on it?
Whichever way, it works for me and is a beautiful picture!

It was a bright, sunny day so I used an ND filter to cut the light down. It was a shady area too so that helped.
