Sleepy Cove mine
A leftover from the Sleepy Cove copper mine (which was active around 1910), Twillingate Island.
I think this thing, well over two metres tall, might have been part of the machinery of the conveyor belt. Apparently three shiploads of copper ore were taken away before falling prices closed the mine.
