Outside the Stavovské Divadlo (Estates Theatre but formerly Teatro di Praga). Mozart's opera Don Giovanni was first performed here in 1787. Casanova is reputed to have been in the audience, and to have prepared an alternative version of an extract with a view to justifying his own amorous behaviour. The alternative title to Mozart's opera is 'The Rake Punished'.
