Ah parce qu'il existe une N D de Grâce à Passy (Paris)???!!!!! Je suis sûr qu'il n'y a pas autant d'oeuvres d'art.....mais il y a eu Typo qui y a fait sa communion: un bel équilibre finalement!!!!

Nous avons visité cette église il y a plus de 20 ans , mais il n'y avait pas d'APN à cette époque et j'avais oublié la beauté de ses décors ! Merci de raviver mes souvenirs Nouchet !
Angers possède Le Chant du Monde de Jean Lurçat , de très belles tapisseries exposées au musée Saint Jean , appelé aussi musée Jean Lurçat .

Vraiment trés singulière cette église. La décoration est peut être un peu "chargée".C'est difficile d'avoir un avis (qui ne peut être qu'objectif) L'ambiance doit beaucoup changer suivant l'heure du jour.Pourquoi 1937 à 1945 ?. Quoi qu'il en soit merci de cette visite trés riche.

La construction a débuté en 1937 et puis il y a eu les tristes événements que l'on sait.......
Cette église est remarquable même si, personnellement, je préfère entre autres une belle cathédrale gothique. La concentration d'oeuvres d'art y est impressionnantes!

Je dois être honnête,j'ai commencé la visite un peu "à reculons"... mais j'ai vite changé d'avis en admirant les uns après les autres toutes les merveilles que cette église renferme.(peintures, sculptures, vitraux, mosaïques).
