Now that's a real Road Runner...Mee-Meep !!!
You don't go to an auction to get a bargain though.
These auctions are asking stupid money for cars that look good on the block but aren't restored all that well.
I don't want to sound like a know it all prick, but Plymouth called the EV2 color "Tor Red". : ]

Yes ... you really have to do your homework for sure! There were a few bargains I saw sell, but often the bidding was $10-20K under what they should have sold for and thus didn't make reserve. I think outside of the very top end cars ... the bids were way down. You're probably right on the color. I just copied the auction list.

It is actually the exact same color as my '71 Charger R/T, but on a Dodge it is called Hemi Orange and on Plymouth it's Tor Red.
I'm just OCD about Mopar terms. You should see me fidget when someone calls a "Sure Grip" limited slip differential by the GM name "Posi" or Positraction. ; )

Indeed, cars are sort of liminal spaces =D Buying one, dreaming to buy one, driving it, to keep it in good condition, etc.
