Canned Potatoes

Some potatoes I canned this past April 2nd, 2019. I like these for when I got to make some vegetable soup, the potatoes are already diced up and pre-cooked. And if I need to make mashed potatoes, fresh potatoes would have to cook a lot longer before they were ready to mash. These take hardly no time at all to be ready to mash
