Beach pools at Sunset, (pip)

Sunset Drove, HFF.
The Somerset levels can often produce dramatic sunsets, This shot really gave the camera and sensor a work out as the foreground was quite dark but the band of sky was dramaticly bright so I settled on f6.3 and let the camera sort out the rest . hopefully you like the result.
Roads on the levels are called droves and the cattle on the left have seen it all before so they carried on grazing.
Large please
Sun, Sky and Sea
The evening sun finds a break in the clouds to highlight the waters of Bridgwater Bay,
Sunbeam.
A shaft of sunlight on the bay and North Hill, Minehead to the left of the image
Silhouettes at Sunset , HFF
A skyline shot into the evening sky over the Bristol Channel at Steart on the Somerset coast.
In 16.9 format so a large view may be better.
I may well continue to be an infrequent vistor to IP for a few more days but I will catch up soon as possible.
HFF and a safe weekend to everyone
Break Through
A brief gap in the evening cloud cover allowed the sun a chance to shine across The Minch.
A large view may reveal the Outer Hebrides behind the sun rays.
Wish you all a good week
The Romance of Sunset
As the sun drops below the horizon and another day draws to close leaving the tide to ebb out of Bridgwater Bay until the morning tide arrives, and another day dawns,
HFF and good, peaceful week.
Sky Fire.
The Rumster Forest television mast is the only thing brighter than this post sunset sky which came after another stormy evening in Caithness
For the full effect, please view large!
