High on a Cliff

High on a Cliff
Today we are in the district of Wick, Caithness not in the town itself but a large bay on the outskirts,

This image shows defensive position of Sinclair Girnigoe Castle, with a backdrop of Sinclair Bay.

Today images are fro 2011 therefore quality may suffer a little

A fine shot of this historic ruin Roger. Love the perspective and the detail of the rock strata. In an abstract way it looks (to me) like a gigantic submarine emerging from the sea!

Have a great Sunday
