The colour palette in this shot is really gorgeous..............especially in the foliage surrounding the castle. I like the light on the water too, particularly where the surface has been smoothed over due to the seaweed disrupting the ripples. The placement of the half sunken boat is just perfect ( although the owner probably wouldn't agree)!

To reach this pov we followed a very wet path with rushes up to head height and well above in my wife's case.

This is a brilliant composition: there is a ruin on the hill and a shipwreck in the water.

Such a wonderful castle-topped hillside! Pretty autumn colors too. But my favorite is the boat on its side. I would love that to be the center of attention because it's certainly got mine! I hope that you will post some pictures of this bygone relic, I'm sure it's really cool!
