UPSrear 0717 2618
My UPS which I did fix. It is similar to the one in the previous four photos. It keeps the internet on during power blackouts. These are intended to supply a desktop PC for a few minutes in a power outage to enable the user to save work and close correctly. The RS232 socket enables communication with the PC for UPS management and auto shutdown of the PC before the battery is flat. The black cable is mains power in and the white cable is continuous power out. The white socket above the cable is mains supply out to a printer. This socket and the network cable sockets have surge protection. July 2017.
