I had some time here at the Bridge St, Toowoomba, level crossing while someone else did something else. No trains but there was a rabbit, of which there are none in Qld. October 2009.

Looks just like an English wild rabbit to me.
There are none in Denmark.

Yes it does! They were introduced to Australia by the English. They became an extreme pest due to their breeding and vegetation-eating abilities. There is a fence running from East to West across Southern Queensland to prevent them from moving North from New South Wales, the state to our South.
