A bridge from shadows to next challenge

A bridge from shadows to next challenge
Sunday Challenge 49 post 11 June - Bridge
SYDNEY HARBOUR BRIDGE/AUSTRALIA

A very fine collection of shadows. Now to a solid structure, or a shadowy metaphorical idea in SC49 - Bridge.

A bridge usually crosses "a hard-to-manage gap, such as a river, a sea or a valley. In most cases, ways should be shortened, eased or simply made possible. The natural difficulties vary each time and need a different type or variant of bridge..."
www.memecon.info/?p=1869 from 2018

In other contexts a bridge can be metaphorical. Whatever you are trying to achieve, whether in a project, or life in general, if you and/or everyone involved has a clear idea of the goal, a "bridge", or plan, that can be seen, will make it easier to reach that goal.

Thanks Laura. It's always good to visit Sydney. On this occasion we were off on a cruise to New Zealand.

Do you like cruises? I'm struggling with whether I would want to do one or not. I'm not really good with crowds or group events.

We used to love sailing on small yachts, just the two of us. or with two to four other people on board. We thought that we would not enjoy big ship cruising, but we just like being on boats of any size. It's really like a floating village, so you only go where you feel like going, e.g. walking the decks, or to a waterfront restaurant... Sometimes it can be magical. Every ship is different.
The NZ trip was fun, and amazing scenery in Fjordland. We're not fond of group events either...
