The grain gives it a certain special mood, I like it.
Otherwise and with a tripod, more exposure time and less ISO...

Do you think that the light for your subject came from ambient light or did you camera flash do the work?

Some of it was processing. Pretty awful effort, really, but it was so cold I wasn't very motivated :-)
There is a street light there, so some ambient light, and the reason I had the flash on was because I had just taken a drag the shutter photo for another challenge. The house subject was too far away for the flash to make any difference. However, I still liked this image so went with it, rather than venture out into the cold again.

Here is an archive effort, 2014. We don't venture out much for the night life :-)
