Ein Wohngebäude in sachlich zurückgenommenem Historismus mit Anklängen des Englischen Landhausstils, besondere gestalterische Wirkung durch Zierfachwerk im Obergeschoss, sich durchdringende Krüppelwalmdächer ebenfalls mit Zierfachwerk, baugeschichtlich bedeutsam.
