I like the juxtaposition of the deep blue images with the fossil images, like layers of time or of memory.

I like the blue presiding spirits: fat surrealists, masked women, mesmerists, the struggle to subdue the rebellious female spirit. I might be running away with myself here. Into the Petrie forests, the crisscrossed blue and rust and gold. An absorbing place to be.
