Der Stuhl ihr gegenüber ist so gestellt als wenn gerade jemand aufgestanden wäre, Fabio.
Das Gesicht der alten Frau sieht keineswegs traurig eher ein wenig verschmitzt aus. Im Moment lebt sie in ihren Gedanken.

It seemed sad to me, or at least that's what I understood from the photo, but we know that reading images is subjective so your interpretation is also correct!

Le café est un lieu de rencontres, de socialisation, un lieu tant photographié par Robert Doisneau, excellente photographie Fabio

Je suis un grand admirateur de Doisneau, cher Dominique, et j'ai même assisté à une de ses expositions.
Photographier des lieux chers à un maître de la photographie a créé une émotion profonde pour un modeste photographe amateur comme moi.

Il contrasto con l'immagine precedente non può passare inosservato....dai raggi del sole, dallo scatto della bici della giovane donna , dai colori caldi di un bel tramonto al tuo magnifico bn che riprende un momento di solitudine di una signora, un caffè triste, come suggerisce il titolo, anche se sul tavolino c'è un bicchiere, segno della presenza di una persona precedentemente in sua compagnia.
Questo però non diminuisce il senso di solitudine , a mio avviso. Un ritratto intenso, la cattura di uno sguardo che sembra perso nei ricordi o nel vuoto, come accade a tutti noi, anche in compagnia . Perfetta e toccante, qualsiasi sia lo stato d'animo della signora . Niente più soggettivo dell'interpretazione di una foto, spesso riflesso del nostro stato d'animo.

Infatti è stata la sua espressione che mi ha colpito molto e la sua apparente solitudine. Dico apparente perchè c'era un signore (il figlio ?) che aveva lasciato là il bicchiere vuoto per andare a pagare. Li ho ritrovati insieme, allo stesso tavolo, la settimana dopo. La signora era vestita allo stesso modo ....
Oltre che per il fatto che la signora si trovava in ombra, ritenevo il b/n obbligatorio per questo tipo di foto.
