Per fortuna ogni tanto apri il cassetto e tiri fuori meraviglie, carissimo Fabio!
Un notturno incantevole, che hai fatto aspettare per troppo tempo.
Un semi cerchio d'oro si staglia nel buio, con un effetto magico, quasi onirico. Il riflesso degli edifici si unisce ai battelli , creando un senso di continuità tra reale e riflesso, tra sogno e realtà.
Il controllo della luce a me sembra perfetto...che altro aggiungere...complimenti e...apri più spesso il cassetto!

Ricordo che quella sera scattai diverse foto "nella Venezia" usando un piccolo cavalletto appena acquistato carissima Adele. Il che mi consentì di usare tempi molto lunghi e di avere una definizione e una esposizione migliore.
Mi sembra di ricordare che una della stessa serie la pubblicai su Panoramio, ma non ne sono sicuro. Non so se in 10 anni sono migliorato come fotografo, ma sicuramente ho più pratica nei programmi di post produzione per cui, a volte, mi piace riproporre vecchi lavori rieditati in maniera più convincente.

Wonderful light and a superb night photo, Fabio. Haven't done any night photography for a while and should do some again. In any case it would be difficult to produce results as good as this.

I too haven't taken night photos with a tripod for many years, dear RHH, this shot is in fact from 10 years ago. The problem is always that of calculating the right exposure time, so it's a matter of trial and error.
