Blue Morpho Butterfly
The underside of the blue morpho butterfly’s wings is brown and there are several eyespots which provide camouflage against predators when its wings are closed. The blue morpho butterfly is named after the top side of its bright blue wings that are edged with black. The blue morpho one of the largest butterflies in the world. Its wings span five to eight inches.
