FR: Seuls restes de l’ancienne place forte des Pithiviers, les douves enserrent un terre-plein féodal sur lequel furent construits trois ensembles : la forteresse des Grèves, démolie et remplacée vers 1480 par un manoir, lui-même restructuré en 1726, puis remanié vers 1860 avec la création du pignon central en « fromage de chèvre » au-dessus du fronton de la porte d’entrée et l’installation de « chiens assis » de part et d’autre des fenêtres du second étage.
Le corps central du bâtiment est de style logis solognot que l’on rencontre fréquemment en Val-de-Loire du XVIème au XVIIème siècles.
Le parc, créé dans la deuxième moitié du XVIIIème siècle, comporte des essences introduites dans la région par le grand botaniste Duhamel du Monceau (1700-1782)

EN: Only remains of the former fortress of the Pithiviers, the moats enclosed a feudal platform on which were built three ensembles: the fortress of the Grèves, demolished and replaced around 1480 by a manor house, itself restructured in 1726, then reworked around 1860 with the creation of the central gable in "goat cheese" above the pediment of the entrance door and the installation of "sitting dogs" on both sides of the windows of the second floor.
The central body of the building is in the Solognot style, frequently found in Val-de-Loire from the 16th to the 17th centuries.
The park, created in the second half of the 18th century, contains species introduced into the region by the great botanist Duhamel du Monceau (1700-1782).
