Porter Waterfall 1
Another shot of the waterfall in the Porter Valley. This time there was more water flowing than in my previous visit a few weeks earlier.
This waterfall is in the upper reaches of the River Porter between Ringinglow and Fulwood Mills. Here the Porter flows over a 4 metre-high bench of Redmires Flags, part of the 'Millstone Grit' series in the Upper Carboniferous.
