Good to see you posting this last few days..........I hope you're holding up OK?

I'm getting used to the idea of a whole new way of life post operation and support from the Macmillan community from fellow sufferers of this cancer. It is good to see many who have survived post surgery five years and more and still remain cancer free.

It's great to have hope. And to enjoy each day. You have helped me with that with this beautiful photo!

All happening now Rosalyn, spoke with the surgeon this morning and he sounds confident, a second look inside my tummy next week to make sure all is OK ready for surgery on the 13th December. Appointments with physio and dietitions also next week. I'm confident but I Don,t care they are not going to make me eat Marmite on toast.

I will be thinking of you on that special day Maurice. No one could be so cruel as to make you eat Marmite!! ;-) Take care and have a good weekend.

I love fuchsia, but they are hard to grow here. I've never seen pure white ones, very attractive.
