Port Kelley, WA -- it's so small, it doesn't have a Wikipedia page. It appears to consist of these grain elevators and a nearby marina. There are no towns nearby and there are other ports that seem more accessible to farms, so its unclear why an elevator/dock was built here.

Pasco and its haulage facilities are just around the corner, so it must have been something else.
