Berlin, Topography of Terror (#2849)

At the Topography of Terror which is on the grounds of the former site of the Gestapo and SS. The main exhibit is in the building on the right, on the left is one of the longest remaining sections of the Berlin Wall.

The Topography of Terror is actually one of the last Nazi-related sites that I visited in my 3 weeks of exploration, but I put this series of pictures here for two reasons. The simplest reason being that in terms of location they fit best here since the exhibit is near Potsdamer Platz. The far more important reason is that this exhibit was probably the best in terms of pulling together all of my thoughts from the previous 3 weeks and thus placing these photos here acknowledges that all of my comments are filtered through the understanding that I finally developed out of this site.
