Tis interesting ..
When we lived in Florida, there was a Tapioca tree out front .. next to a miniature Gardenia shrub and also a Holly shrub ... transplanted the Holly .. got rid of the Tapioca tree... that yard had more plants in odd places than anywhere I have lived !
