Friday 26 July 2024 (1104) – In late 2023 First Eastern Counties Buses introduced a fleet of electric buses on their services in Norwich.

Wrightbus Streetdeck Electroliner 36585 (BK73 ALO) was delivered in January 2024 and was seen in Magdalen Street bound for Sprowston, Wroxham and Hoveton on service 12.

I had just alighted from Sanders 129 (EC23 SHA) my fifth bus today. This could have been my sixth but I just missed it. It was actually running a few minutes late but within a short time the next service (a service 11 to Sprowston) came along worked by 36551 (BK73 AGY).
