On board Stagecoach East 86005 (BV23 NRK) - 15 May 2023 (P1150456)

Monday 15 May 2023 (1030) – The first of the thirty MCV bodied Volvo BZL electric double deckers began to arrive at Stagecoach East during April 2023 and commenced regular service on the Cambridge Park & Ride services on Sunday 14 May. Fleet numbers are to be 86001-86030.

On board 86005 (BV23 NRK) working service PR2 from Newmarket Road to the city centre.

The interior displays on each deck scroll through a number of different items of information (Time/date (although on the three buses I travelled on the time was incorrect by one hour); Speed; Latitude and longitude positions).

The display shows the time and date (although the time is one hour out).
