Coaches at Hunstanton – 17 Jul 1994 (231-32)

Sunday 17 July 1994 – Seen in the coach park at Hunstanton although, according to the sign in the front windscreen, the passengers didn’t know where they were bound for when they boarded Midland Fox (Foxhound) 86 (LJI 8156). It is a Van Hool Alizee bodied DAF MB200 that had been new to Shelton-Orsborn of Wollaston, Northamptonshire in August 1984 registered B310 CRP. It passed to Midland Fox with the acquisition of Shelton-Orsborne in 1989.

Other operators vehicles in the line up are Soames (Forget-Me-Not Travel) of Otley, near Ipswich; a United Counties Omnibus Company double decker; Safford’s Coaches of Little Gransden, Cambridgeshire; two vehicles of Soul Brothers of Olney, Northamptonshire flank a Cambus double decker. (I didn’t note the name of the operator at the far end of the line despite it looking familiar).
